Mail-in means you ship the module and we ship it back; no vehicle needed. Local means the vehicle comes to our Hillsborough, NC shop by appointment. Prices are labor only. OEM software, security access, adapters and parts are quoted separately and approved by you before work starts. Programming can't succeed on every module. Your written authorization explains what happens if a module can't be programmed.

How mail-in works
- Send a request first, with the VIN and the part numbers. We confirm the module and procedure are supported, quote the price, then send shipping instructions. Please don't ship before that.
- For cloning, send both the original and the replacement module.
- Pack modules well padded and labeled with your name and request details.
- Target for standard cloning: back out the next business day once both modules arrive and can be read.
- We tell you with the quote if the vehicle will still need a security relearn or setup step after installation.

For instrument cluster work, we refer customers to our partner DashReliant, a separate company that specializes in clusters. DashReliant quotes, performs and invoices that work directly.
